I know I would be sore from yesterday and gosh was I right. I’ve been spending way too much time sitting and hustling with school, I haven’t been doing much moving at all! Now with the Covid-19 social distancing I am sitting a lot more than I normally do. I’m very excited when I hit my stair goals for the day on my Garmin watch.
Sitting around while being sore is not the answer, so my guy and I went for a stroll with his parents (while maintaining proper distancing) along the Fraser River. This has been a beautiful time weather wise, I am sad to not be hiking on the trails with my dog. The closure of all BC Parks and Recreational sites really hit me. Of course it is for the better, but can’t help but feel the sadness with the restriction.
